Privacy policies
Otec Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “the company”) shall promote personal information protection by establishing personal information protection policies, creating a personal information protection mechanism, and instructing all employees to fully understand the importance and activities of personal information protection.
●Management of personal information
To keep the personal information of our customers accurate and up-to-date and prevent any possible problems such as illegal access to personal information, loss, damage, tampering, and leaks, the company shall strictly manage personal information by establishing a structure for maintaining and managing security systems, conducting thorough education and training for all employees, and taking other necessary actions, as well as implementing safety measures.

The company shall only use the personal information received from its customers to send emails or documents when it contacts its customers, introduces its services, or sends answers to questions from its customers.
●Prohibition of disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties
The company shall appropriately manage the personal information received from its customers and shall not disclose their personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
・If the company gets the customer’s agreement
・If, to carry out a service requested by a customer, the company discloses the customer’s personal information to the subcontractor to which it outsources a job

The company shall take utmost security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.
●Identity management
If a customer makes a request to browse, change, or delete his or her own personal information (or another request related to personal information), the company shall verify the identity of the customer before processing the request.
●Observing the laws and codes of practice, and reviewing the privacy policies
The company shall observe Japan’s laws and other codes of practice that apply to personal information that it possesses, and review its privacy policies as appropriate and strive to improve them.
